I love this restaurant in the crossroads market food hall. The sushi is so fresh and all of the hot foods are so comforting and delish. Jess and her family are so welcoming, it's hard not to stop in everytime I'm there. Check it out!

Loved my first experience at Asahi! Amazingly easy to order online for quick curbside pickup! Food was delicious, the order was perfect to our specifications to! Will be back for more delicious sushi and to try some of there Korean dishes!

Ordered a platter of sushi for my family of 4! Quality of the fish was amazing and truly hard to find in Calgary. I placed my catering order online and asked for it to be delivered. Process was easy & they were really friendly. Also, ordered a side of takoyaki which was extra crispy and delicious. They will be hearing more from me and my hungry belly!

Very excellent little Korean market restaurant. The food is superb. Very authentic and at a very reasonable price. It is inside the market but there is ample free parking. I had the bibimbop Wich was great but will be going back for the chicken which also looked fabulous.

I love the food and the people at this restaurant. It's how I imagine Korean food would be at a friends home if you were lucky to be invited. Jess always has a great smile and the chef is the Mom. I may go here a lot but it's never disappointed. This is the KFC and my go to.

Ranging from 12.5-$15 for korean bowl based food and with offerings of other side snacks (nigiri, gyoza, tempura, takoyaki, etc..) this korean/Japanese food spot in the farmers market is worth a visit. The folks here are approachable, friendly and quick to serve. Food comes piping hot and saucey. The one thing to note is the sizing of the food - although an appropriate eating size, it still feels a little smaller than what I would want for a meal size. The content itself is good but the rice and salad can perhaps be a wee bit more generous. Nonetheless, worth a visit and will be going back to try other variety of bowls.

Been to the market 100x and never took the time to really take in the awesome food choices. Here is one of them, from the welcome greeting to seeing 5 Korean mother's in a tight space preparing amazing meals. I just felt I'd found the right lunch spot. I had the japchae noodles with beef spicy and my guest had Korean chicken..honey. Perfection. Tasty. Juicy. Definitely recommend if Korean food is in your sights.

Great sushi! The rice is nicely cooked, the fish is fresher than a lot of other places and the family who runs it are super nice. I think they make their own pickled ginger and it's so yummy!! I have a gluten allergy and they've been great at accomodating my needs. I haven't gotten sick from their sushi so my fellow celiac friends you should give them a try!
